Commercial Furniture for Restaurants, Hotels, Offices and Clinics
We make custom commercial furniture from architects' and interior designers' projects. We fit out restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, clinics, shops, offices and gyms – from individual elements to complete fit-outs. We manufacture in Klaipėda and install throughout Lithuania.

Spaces we furnish
Commercial furniture differs from home furniture: it is used by hundreds of people a day, cleaned daily and must meet hygiene and safety requirements. That is why we choose different materials and constructions for each type of premises.

Working with business clients
- Full project delivery. We take the project from drawings and prototypes to production, logistics and on-site installation. One contractor for all furniture and finishing elements.
- Materials. Solid wood, veneer, MDF, HPL and compact HPL, metal (black steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium), glass and mirrors, stone, Corian, fabric and leather. For public spaces we choose wear- and cleaning-resistant materials.
- Working from designers' projects. We make complex architects' and interior designers' solutions and propose technical alternatives where needed.
- Deadlines. Commercial premises have opening dates. We plan production around the site schedule and install at the agreed time.
- Sector requirements. Restaurants, hotels, clinics, shops and offices have different hygiene, safety and durability requirements – we take them into account at the design stage.
How we work
1. Enquiry and project
Send the interior project, drawings or technical brief. If there is no project yet, we discuss the requirements and propose solutions.
2. Estimate and schedule
We prepare an estimate itemised by position and material, and agree the production and installation schedule with the construction programme.
3. Production drawings and samples
We prepare production drawings and submit material and finish samples for approval.
4. Production, logistics, installation
We make the furniture in Klaipėda, deliver it to site and install it with our own team. Work is coordinated with the other contractors on site.
Requirements by type of premises
Restaurants and cafés
A bar top must withstand moisture, heat and frequent cleaning – we use compact HPL, Corian, stone or stainless steel. The bar carcass allows for equipment, refrigerators, sinks and cables. Tables get sturdy metal legs; seating uses cleanable fabrics or leather. Wall panels and shelves are usually veneer or painted MDF with a durable lacquer.
Bakeries and patisseries
Display cases are matched to the refrigeration equipment, counters to the till and packaging zones. Surfaces must be easy to disinfect.
Hotels
Room furniture is made in series from one project, so precise production drawings and consistent finishes are essential. We use impact- and cleaning-resistant materials and integrate lighting, sockets and USB outlets into headboards and bedside tables.
Clinics, dental practices, beauty salons
For treatment rooms we use non-porous, disinfectant-resistant surfaces – HPL, Corian, painted MDF with durable lacquers. Receptions are designed with a staff workstation and space for documents and equipment.
Shops
Retail fittings are built around the product: lit display cases, display tables and plinths, height-adjustable shelving, checkout zones with room for equipment. We often make fittings for several stores of one brand to a single standard.
Offices
Workstations with cable channels and cable management, meeting tables with integrated sockets, receptions, document cabinets, kitchenettes and acoustic partitions.
Commercial furniture materials by zone
- High-contact surfaces (bars, counters, reception tops): compact HPL, Corian, quartz, stone, stainless steel.
- Fronts and carcasses: HPL, laminated board, painted MDF with durable lacquer, veneer.
- Wall panels and decorative elements: veneer, timber slats, painted MDF, metal, glass, mirrors.
- Upholstered elements: cleanable fabrics, natural and faux leather, foam graded to the intensity of use.
- Metal structures: table legs, frames, shelving frames in black steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminium.
For clients and designers
- One contractor for furniture and finishing. Less coordination between contractors, clear responsibility for the final result.
- Production drawings for approval. Before production we submit drawings showing dimensions, materials, hardware and service positions.
- Samples. Material, colour and finish samples are provided physically, not only on screen.
- Prototypes. For serial elements (hotel rooms, store chains) we can make a prototype before the main production run.
- Installation to the site schedule. We install when the site is ready – after flooring, wall finishes and electrical work.
Locations
We have completed commercial projects in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Birštonas and other Lithuanian cities. Projects range from a single café to a hotel. The full list is under public projects.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make furniture from an architect's or designer's project?
Yes. This is our main way of working with business clients. We take over the project, prepare production drawings and make the furniture.
Can you fit out the whole premises, not just the furniture?
We make furniture and the related interior finishing elements: wall panels, partitions, bars, receptions, niches. Construction and engineering work is done by other contractors, with whom we coordinate.
How do you plan deadlines?
The production schedule is agreed with the opening date and the other contractors' work. The deadline is fixed in the contract after the project and estimate are approved.
Which materials do you use for heavily used spaces?
For restaurants, clinics and shops we mostly use HPL, compact HPL, Corian, stone, stainless steel and painted MDF with durable lacquers – materials that are easy to clean and wear-resistant.
Do you work on sites outside Klaipėda?
Yes. Many of our commercial projects are in Vilnius and Kaunas. We work throughout Lithuania.
